- How long does it take to receive a Jacqui E VIP Hard Card?
- Once you have confirmed their details via the return email, your new VIP card will be send to your home address in 14 working days.
- What is my Jacqui E VIP number?
- Your Jacqui E VIP number is located on the back of you VIP card. If you have not received your VIP card yet, simply email us through the Contact Us form or at jefeedback@jjh.com.au. Make sure you have updated your VIP details with your correct home address!
- Why didn't I receive my VIP card?
- If you joined Jacqui E VIP online, did you click back on your confirmation email? If not, you must do this to validate your membership. Or login to your VIP account online using your email address and date of birth to check your postal details are correct. Simply email us through the Contact Us form or at jefeedback@jjh.com.au, requesting a replacement card.
- I need to change my VIP details. How do I do this?
- To chance any of your VIP details simply login to Jacqui E VIP using your email address and date of birth.
- I can't log into my VIP details - but I'm a VIP!
- We might not have your correct email address or date or birth in our system, so simply email us through the Contact Us form or at jefeedback@jjh.com.au, and let us know your correct email and date or birth. We will then let you know when we have updated your membership so you can try again. Easy!
- My Jacqui E VIP card has been lost or stolen. How do I get a new one?
- Simply email us through the Contact Us form or at jefeedback@jjh.com.au, and give us your email and name details. A replacement card will then be sent to your home address.
- What size range do Jacqui E stock?
- Jacqui E stocks sizes 8-16 in all apparel and selected styles in 6-18.
- Can you locate an item for me?
- We are unable to provide stock requests via this site. The quickest and easiest way to get an answer about an item is to call your closest store (check the store locator for the number), and they will be able to assist you if they have the item in stock. They will also be able to tell you if they can get the item from another store from their surrounding area.
- Do you offer Online Shopping?
- Jacqui E currently does not offer an online shopping service. We may introduce it in the future, so we suggest you register with us to be informed about what is happening at Jacqui E by becoming a Jacqui E VIP.
